Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coffee once it has been delivered.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item(s) received

We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Refunds

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be completed.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind
  • Orders with incorrect details provided at checkout

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
